ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
In our continuous efforts to improve the quality of our work, we must also ensure that we protect
our environment. Implementing AHAM’s environmental policy will provide a safe and healthful
workplace; protect the environment by consuming less energy and natural resources.
We are committed to:
- Provide a safe and healthful workplace and ensure that personnel are properly
trained with the appropriate safety and emergency equipment.
- Be an environmentally responsible neighbor in the community where we operate,
and correct incidents or conditions that endanger health, safety or the
environment.
- Conserve natural resources by adopting pollution practices (example:
extending the life of equipment through proper preventive maintenance
scheduling).
- Develop and improve operations to minimize the use of energy and natural
resources (example: reducing fuel consumption of all company vehicles to the
minimum requirement to complete the work).
- Meet and exceed all applicable local / international requirements and
adhere to stringent standards at all times.
- Strive to continually improve AHAM’s environmental policy.
- Establish procedures for periodic review of environmental compliance with all the
laws and regulations.
